Submit when finished. Discussion of cummings and Hemingway pieces. Explication of text question from Anthropology and IND AFF.

Objective: Students strengthen knowledge on setting.

: Continuation of discussion of IND AFF and any unfinished setting pieces. In class stylistics.
Information - Outside reading assignment. Distribution of Never Let Me Go.
Homework: Read "Setting," p. 167-169. Choose two statements from the text. Apply in two separate paragraphs these statements to any of the four pieces you have read in the section on setting, Hemingway, Lee, Weldon or Viramontes. Submit tomorrow.
